Sushi, Poke, Bowls and Ramen
Located at 4701 Park Rd B, Charlotte, NC 28209, Hamachi operates as a japanese serving Charlotte in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A hidden gem!! The chef literally rolled our sushi in front of us. I got the spicy salmon roll and the chicken gyoza β everything tasted so fresh and delicious and the staff was so kind. Will be coming back and bringing friends!

Incredible. Prices are super fair. We had the spicy salmon rolls and the buffalo chicken rolls. We also had the Yuzu Cheesecake and chocolate soufflΓ©. Cannot recommend this place enough. Staff was friendly and the food was incredible. We will be returning and bringing anyone that will listen to us here.

Such a great spot. The staff were very nice from the start and the food was very good. This was our first time in and they took their time to explain their menu in depth with their different options and even pointed out menu specials that are on there for a limited time. They made the rolls basically as soon as you ordered them, and that made for short wait times which was very nice. Then we realized there may have been some dietary restrictions with the food and they were super attentive with that as well. They took their time to explain what would be good for us to eat and what to look for in the future. They brought out gluten free soy sauce for us and were very helpful and thoughtful when answering questions for us. Along with the service, the food itself was very good. We got thai tea and mango bubble tea, the salmon spring roll with chili sauce, the tuna and avocado roll, the red dragon roll, and the shrimp mango roll. We ended up having to switch the shrimp mango roll because of dietary restrictions but they already started making it and they gave it to us on the house because they did not want it to go to waste. Everything seemed to be made fresh and tasted as such. Defini

This place was adorable! We walked in and were immediately greeted and walked through the menu. After ordering we had told the waiter I was gluten free (due to celiac) and he was very understanding and proceeded to walk me through the entire menu and what I would be able to have. We ordered a Thai tea boba, which was delicious with lychee jelly instead of boba, a mango boba, the tuna and avocado roll, red dragon roll, and the salmon spring roll. Originally we had ordered the Mango shrimp roll to find out it had gluten but the owner had given them to us anyways. Before eating he had stopped us and gave us a gluten free soy sauce which was incredibly thoughtful he even double checked and made sure the chili sauce was gluten free. It was so nice to see such attentiveness in a restaurant and was so nice to see as someone newly coming off gluten. Highly recommend. Great service. Great food. Clean area.

Delicious dishes that had a lovely depth of flavors, great quality and freshness. The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was great for a fast and casual meal. Iβve now eaten in and taken sushi dishes to go. Iβd give it 6 stars if I could.
